Welcome back, students!
The new 2011-2012 academic year officially began on June 1, 2011. Students, teachers, and staff came to the BIGHS campus with excitement for the start of a new year. Opening assembly was presided over by Local Manager Rev. K.T. Kurian Achen. The function was also attended by Municipal Councillor Smt. Susan Kunjumon .
The school day ended early and the teachers met in order to decide on the leadership of clubs, etc for the upcoming year. With this new school year we also welcome our new headmistress,Smt.Aleyamma Thomas.
All are looking forward to what promises to be yet another great year in the history of Buchanan Institution Girls' High School. Best of luck to all students and teachers!
