Our annual sports meet is this week on Tuesday September 27, 2011 and Wednesday September, 28th. All of the houses are competing in sporting events and games. Our school houses are made up of the Yellow house, Blue house, Green house, and Red house. More results on winners will come later in the week.

Today we celebrated the start of our Cycling Training Program. Special guests Olympian Sri Ranjith Maheswari and Municipal Chairman Sumy Kaloor joined us in presenting two new cycles to the program. Two of our students Alice and Sarangi demonstrated the cycles for the whole school. We hope that this program will benefit all of the students.

Today we conducted ICT Parental Awareness Class after the meeting.

Animation Training

Animation Training for Students is going on 5,6,7 &17 September at Buchanan Girls H. S. Thirty students of 10 schools at this locality is participating in this training. One student Resource Person, Vivek (CMS CollegeHS) and two teachers Tissy ( St. MMGHS Kurichy ), Bindhu  (BIGHS Pallom) are leading this course.

We had a wonderful Onam celebration on 1 Sept, 2011.  Ona sadhya for all the students, PTA members and staff with a lot of curries& payasam is a remarkable thing. Competitions like Athappookkalam,  Maveli, Malayala manka, onappattu are arranged for the students
